This Technical Cooperation (TC) has two objectives: (i) support the development of comprehensive housing improvement proposals with a focus on climate change (CC) and gender; and (ii) contribute to the strengthening of urban governance. To this end, the TC will finance the formulation of a master plan for the prioritized low-income areas and the design of an action plan for municipal institutional strengthening.
