Provide technical and operational support for the program "Improving Educational Quality for the Development of Skills for Employment: Youth Program" (HO-L1188) and the positioning of the Youth Program and the "National Digital Educational Transformation Program (PNTED)" supported by HO-T1382 . The specific objectives are: (i) support the implementation of the second phase of the Tutoring Program for Learning Acceleration (PAA), (ii) support the design and implementation of the impact evaluation of the school climate pilot for the prevention of violence, teenage pregnancy and irregular migration, (iii) support the design and implementation of a pilot for the development of financial education in schools as part of vocational training, (iv) support the positioning, communication and dissemination of results activities of the proof of concept of the PNTED and the closing activities of the Young Project.
